"Protein" Shake
Also happens to be vegan... no big deal
1 or 2 Banana(s), very ripe and frozen
Big Handful Baby spinach leaves (or two hand fulls)
1/4 c Cashews
1-2 tbsp Flax seeds or hemp seeds
2 tbsp Cocoa powder
1 tbsp Real maple syrup
1 - 2 c Almond or oat milk
Blend all ingredients in a blender, and drink up
optional additions or substitutions:
1/4c Peanut or almond butter instead of cashews
1 whole Avocado (for richness.....and color)
2-3 drops Liquid green food color (for color)
1 tbsp Matcha powder (for color)
